When you pickup your fruit cup to eat, hold it for a few minutes with both hands. Close your eyes and FEEL the love and joy you can remember at about age 30 or 40.

FEEL who you ARE in this JOY and then breathe this “joy vibration” into your fruit cup seeing a figure eight of purple light starting at your heart crossing before you and spinning around your jar in your hands before you . . . see the light spinning in this infinity loop around your heart and food as you do three deep breathes.

Deep breath-in sounding "aaahhh" then blow breath-out into your cup "ooohhh"... two sounds, one voice, one vibration of Joy, as you see your age-health-light into your fruit meal!!

Please know you create resonance for your health and vitality in the Joy that you know and remember in youth ... Emphasize that this is more than just food.

It's also about recognizing our authority over it and how easy it is to infuse our foods with intentions for health and fulfill the purpose of fruits and holy ancient recipes . . . cayenne pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, chives, honey . . .
